Whacha Reading Friday(July 2nd)
This is a weekly end of the school/work week wrap-up hosted here by moi at the Tome. Stop by share what you're reading, what you read, and what you're going to read : )
Glory In Death
J.D Robb
Paperback 320 pgs
Berkley
This is book #2 of the In Death series. I really enjoyed the 1st, Naked In Death and wish I would've started it sooner since I've had it sitting in e-book form on my puter for several months now. I am also participating in the In Death Challenge hosted by Christine over at The Happily Ever After. You can join by clicking on her blog title, or on the In Death Challenge button in my scroll bar to the left. I'm slightly behind, but I don't care, this is a great challenge! J.D Robb(Nora Roberts) has really got a great series here, witnessed by the fact that there's like 31 of these suckers ; )
I am looking forward to getting to know the characters better, Eve is wonderful and I want to see her layers peeled back, also seeing Roarke free fall for her is just exquisite.
I will try to read at least # 3 as well, but after this book I will tackle Voyager, #3 in the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon for my 500 pg challenge that I host each month. If you haven't joined give it a shot!

I love the In Death series. I have been reading it since the beginning because I'm a Nora Roberts fan. I'm reading The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan this week. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteHi Paula--I haven't ever read Robb before, but I'm pretty sure I have at least one of her books on my TBR shelf.
ReplyDeleteDo you have a button of some kind for your 500 page monthly challenge? Is this a personal challenge or do you actually host it for others to participate in??
Paula, I'm so thrilled to have you join the fun with the In Death Reading Challenge. This series is so entertaining!
